DAY 1 - RESET
Kick off your 7-day challenge with a little pause to connect to yourself a little more, to get your ego on board with the plan to complete the challenge and bring safety into your body to allow a softening to change.Â

day 2 - rest

Learn how to start letting go of those beliefs that once were your safety strategy but that are now limiting.Â
