Welcome to the WellWise 7-Day Tapping Challenge!
Below are some commonly asked questions to help you feel supported and ready to begin.
✋ Do I need to know how to tap?
Not at all. No prior experience is needed.
You’ll be gently guided through each session — I’ll show you where to tap and what to say. It’s simple, soothing, and safe.
I explain EFT Tapping in your Day 0 welcome so you can familiarise yourself before we begin.

There are two ways:

📱 Can I join from my phone?
Yes! You can either use your browser or download the Kajabi App to access the full challenge on your phone:
Once inside (use the same email that you used to sign up to the challenge), search for WellWise, tap the menu (top left), choose “Challenges” and then “Join Challenge” to get started. I've recorded a short video below to walk you through it.
⏰ When does the challenge start?
We begin Monday 15th January, but you can join at any time before the end of the month. You’ll receive an email each morning with the day’s tapping video.
📅 How long does each session take?
Each tapping video is between 10-15 minutes long. You can complete it anytime that works for you during the day.
📓 Is there journaling or reflection involved?
Yes — you’ll receive a gentle daily reflection prompt to deepen the experience. It’s optional, but really powerful. You can write privately or share in the community. This is optional and there if you want to go deeper.
💌 How long will I have access?
You’ll have access to the challenge and all content until 31st January 2026.
🤍 Can I do this challenge with a friend or partner?
Absolutely. It’s beautiful to share the experience. Feel free to forward the link or invite them to sign up at www.mywellwise.com. They'll get immediate access.
🌙 What if I miss a day?
That’s okay — this is a gentle, supportive space. You can always catch up or return to a video later. Don’t worry about being perfect. Just meet yourself where you are.
🌙 Is there a live event during the challenge?
Yes — and you are so warmly invited.
