Why does it work?

When we're stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, frustrated, or emotionally triggered, our nervous system can become stuck in a heightened state of alert.
EFT Tapping helps interrupt that stress response. By combining physical tapping with focused awareness, the brain receives signals of safety while processing difficult thoughts, feelings, or situations.
